Cancellation Policy for GIT
- Booking stand confirm only against Advance.
- Retention will not be charged in case of any cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the arrival date & time.
- Retention will be charged for the one night (Prorata) only of the booking in case a cancellation is made of a guaranteed booking above 29 days prior to arrival date and time.
- If Cancellation is made between 28-10 days- 50% of the total package.
- If Cancellation is made between 9-3 days – 100% of the total package
Note
In case the advance/s are not received as per above schedule then management may cancel any booking without notice.

- Retention will not be charged in case of any cancellation made up to 15 days prior to the arrival date & time.
- If Cancellation is made between 9-3 days – 100% of the total package.
- If Cancellation is made between 14-10 days – 50% of the total package
