Terms and Condition

  • The Hotel requires a 50% deposit on confirmation and the remaining amount 21 days before Check In of the guest.
  • Any additional costs incurred by the hotel, including audio / visual, extra meals, decorations, photographers, music band or any other entertainment, will be charged in full.
  • We do not allow more than 01 Extra beds in a room. (In the Case of 02 Adults & 02 children, 01 Extra bed & 01 child without bed) sharing with parents is allowed at an additional cost.
  • Children without beds will be charged as per the meal plan.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to amend rates by written notice to the client/agent to reflect any costs beyond the reasonable control of the hotel (including any tax changes.)
  • The bedroom accommodation is available from 2 pm (Check in) on the day of arrival. It must be vacated by 12 noon (Check out) on the day of departure unless specified alternative arrangements have been agreed upon. Guests with confirmed reservations who do not arrive will be considered no-shows and charged 3 days cancellation fee at the applicable rate.
  • The Hotel will not be held responsible for any liability whatsoever for the property of the customers brought on the premises. They will have to take care of their luggage on their own if moving outside of the hotel.
  • The clients shall be held responsible for any damage caused to the premises, furnishings, utensils or equipment, whether willfully, neglectful, default or otherwise. They will be liable for the cost of repairs/replacements and damage arising therefrom.
