Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility : If you have a cancellable reservation and cancel before the deadline, you may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit or payment made at the time of booking. If you have a non-refundable reservation, no refund will be issued if you cancel.
  • Refund Amount : if you are eligible for a refund, the amount will equal the amount paid for the reservation minus any applicable cancellation fees.
  • Refund Process : On cancellation of a refundable booking, the refund processing will take two(2)-to four(4) weeks to show the refund on your credit card statement/bank account. Reasons for the specified processing time are based on the billing cycle of your credit card company and the bank’s processing time.
  • Force Majeure : In a force majeure event, such as a natural disaster or other unforeseeable circumstance beyond our control, we reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations without penalty or liability.
  • Communication :We will communicate our refund policy to you when booking and provide regular updates if changes are made to the procedure.
  • NOTE : In case the advances are not received as per the above schedule, then management may vary or cancel any booking without notice.

Cancellation Policy

  • Booking stand confirmed only against Advance.
  • Retention will not be charged in case of any cancellation made up to 30 days before the arrival date & time.
  • Retention will be charged for the one night (Prorata) only of the booking in case a cancellation is made of guaranteed booking above 29 days before arrival date and time.
  • If cancellation is made between 28-13 days-50, % of the total package.
  • If Cancellation is made in less than 12 days – 100% of the total package.
